Meet Gabby

I am a registered associate somatic psychotherapist dedicated to the persistent pursuit of understanding the ways our bodies, families, and communities remember and cultivate wholeness and well-being. In support of our wholeness, I bring culturally responsive somatic and relational approaches, along with a psychodynamic lens, to therapy with individuals, couples, families, children, and teens.

Mypresence is direct and warm, and I invite you to show up exactly as you are. My goal is to support you through life transitions, trauma recovery, chronic illness, relational challenges, parenting, intergenerational healing, and joy, so that you can move toward greater ease, connection, and wholeness with yourself and others.

My formal education includes Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Somatics from the California Institute of Integral Studies, as well as a Master’s degree in Conflict Transformation from SIT Graduate Institute. I completed my clinical training in somatic psychotherapy at the Center for Somatic Psychotherapy in San Francisco.

My work bridges the worlds of somatic psychotherapy, social equity, and maternal and infant care. With over two decades of experience teaching and studying therapeutic yoga, and a 25-year career supporting communities impacted by structural inequality, war, and forced migration, I bring a global and justice-informed lens to my clinical and educational work.

I am a anti-racist, and LGBTQ+, and gender queer-affirming therapist.

My fee is $175/50 minutes.
